Brilliance, President Bush

Now I see his magic. The whole time I thought he has a big dummy, but instead I see his brilliance. If the economy tanks, and energy prices go sky high, then inflation creeps up... could this be of benefit?

Think about it. When a nation has more debt than savings, it makes the debt seem smaller, as each dollar is worth less. In fact, an average schmuck with $30,000 of credit card debt may be able to pay that off for the price of a few tanks of gas in the near future.

Maybe he was right after all. Throwing money down a war hole, giving no-bid contracts to buddies, profiting from gouging Joe Blow to heat his house... pure genius.
